Join Ann Dingsdale, Lynne Dixon and Claire Eustance to share the stories of remarkable women who have lived or worked in Greenwich in the past. Not just the famous but also the forgotten including activists, scientists, entrepreneurs, as well as writers, mothers and carers.
This community project has discovered dozens of stories of remarkable women. Our enthusiastic volunteers have researched their stories, and will share some of them at this celebration.
Hear about their lives, and the project to create a book remembering them.
There will be a donation of £1 to cover room hire.
